Upschool Africa Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Upschool Africa for your educational needs. We strive to provide high-quality learning and services to our students.
This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Full Refund Eligibility: We offer the student a full refund of the training fee where it is established that Upschool Africa did not enroll the student into the learning platforms, thereby failing to perform its enrollment duties, within reasonable time [exceeding 48 hours] when learning has commenced.
1.2 Partial Refund Eligibility: We offer a partial refund of the training fee less a flat fee of 4000 Naira, if the student has not been enrolled into the learning platforms [Google Drive and WhatsApp Group] and demands a refund for whatever reason.
1.3 No Refund Eligibility: No refund will be provided if the student has been enrolled into both the Google Drive platform and the WhatsApp platform, whether or not the student has accessed any part of the course content.
2. Refund Request Process
2.1 Contact Us: To request a refund, the student must contact our customer support team at [upschoolafrica@gmail.com] .
2.2 Provide Details: The student must provide details including, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
2.3 Evaluation: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
Our refunds are processed at the end of 15 working days from receipt of the student request.
3. Payment Disputes
3.1 Payment Disputes: Initiating a payment dispute without contacting Upschool Africa first may result in the student being banned from future enrollments and access to course materials.
4. Changes to Refund Policy
4.1 Policy Modification: Upschool Africa reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to students.
By enrolling in a course at Upschool Africa, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
